Frequently asked questions
Do you use our data to train your models?
No. Prompts, files and outputs are never used to train or improve our models. This is written into every contract, including the Developer plan.
Can we run the models on our own servers?
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes on-premises deployment, including air-gapped environments. We help you size the hardware for your workload.
How is usage measured?
By tokens processed, input and output separately, as reported in every API response and in the console. Speech is measured in seconds of audio.
Can we pay in Armenian drams?
Yes. Organisations registered in Armenia receive invoices in AMD with VAT and pay by bank transfer.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our ready-made solutions start at a monthly price that suits a single restaurant, hotel or distributor, and grow with your business.
Is there a trial?
New organisations receive free evaluation credits, and Business and Enterprise clients can run a fixed-price pilot before signing an annual agreement.
What happens if you miss the SLA?
You receive service credits according to the schedule in your agreement, calculated automatically every month.
