This policy explains how AREVIA AI LLC processes personal data collected through this website. The processing of client data within our services is governed separately by the service agreement and the data processing agreement.

01Who we are

AREVIA AI LLC is a company registered in the Republic of Armenia under registration number 999.110.1607058, with its office in Yerevan. For data collected on this website we act as the data controller.

02What we collect

Data you send us through the contact form: your name, organisation, work email, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of the request, recorded in server logs for security purposes.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when you use the contact form, to protect it against forgery.

03Why we process it

To answer your request and to prepare and conclude contracts, on the basis of your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

04Client data in our services

Data that clients process with our models is handled under the service agreement and data processing agreement. It is processed in the region set in the contract (Armenia by default) and is never used to train our models.

05How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a contract requires longer retention. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

06Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers bound by contract who help us operate this website, or when the law requires it.

07Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
